Our ovens have been designed to have a heat up time of only 50 minutes so you don’t have to wait for the weekend to do your cooking. You have the pleasure of using your oven for your normal everyday meals. While your oven is heating up you can be pre-paring your evening meal as usual.

You can do all types of cooking in our ovens ie pizzas, seafood, roasts, breads, casseroles, deserts or anything you would cook in your normal kitchen oven – adding that wood fired flavour.

The temperature is very easy to control, once it reaches the required temperature you’ll only have to add a piece of wood the size of a 600ml bottle every 40 minutes. Your oven will hold that even temperature throughout your cooking.
